These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of applications, features, integrations, and services (collectively, the “Meta Apps”) developed and operated by Special Man Global Solution LTD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that integrate with Meta Platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

By accessing or using our Meta Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Meta Apps.

1. Relationship With Meta

Our Meta Apps are independently developed and operated by the Company.

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

• Meta is not responsible for the operation, support, or content of our Meta Apps.

• Your use of Facebook, Instagram, and related services is governed by Meta’s Terms, Community Standards, and Platform Policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Meta Apps.

By using the Meta Apps, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Use of Meta Login and Permissions

Our Meta Apps may allow login or functionality through Facebook Login or Instagram Login.

By using Meta authentication, you acknowledge that:

• We only access data you explicitly authorize through Meta permission dialogs

• Data obtained from Meta is used solely to provide and improve the Meta Apps

• We do not publish content to your Meta account without your explicit consent

You may revoke permissions at any time through your Meta account settings.

4. Data Use and Privacy

Specifically:

5. Acceptable Use

10. Disclaimers

We make no warranties regarding:

• Availability or uninterrupted operation

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Issues arising from Meta platform changes or restrictions

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Meta Apps

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of Meta policies or applicable laws

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Special Man Global Solution LTD is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or platform policy changes.
Continued use of the Meta Apps after updates take effect constitutes acceptance.
